Customer Requirements & Technical Policy
Customer Edge Router
Customer shall provide and maintain a router capable of sustaining the subscribed port speed and committed rate, including support for eBGP, prefix filtering, and (where required) IPv6.
Routing Hygiene
Customer shall advertise only routes that it is authorized to originate and shall maintain accurate routing objects (e.g., IRR/ROA) for announced prefixes.
Maximum Prefixes
Default maximum prefix limits apply for IPv4 and IPv6. Mcbroad may apply prefix-limits and route filtering (including RPKI/IRR-based filters) to protect network stability.
Abuse and Security Events
Customer shall promptly respond to abuse notifications (spam, malware, botnet activity, DDoS sources). Mcbroad may rate-limit, filter, or suspend traffic in urgent situations.

Customer Requirements, Access & Acceptable Use
Equipment Standards
Customer shall ensure all equipment is suitable for data center deployment, properly labeled, and compliant with the data center's compliances, access, security, and safety rules.
Power & Accessories
Customer is responsible for providing compatible rails/shelves, power cords, and any required adapters. Customer shall not exceed the power inclusion stated in the Service Details.
Data Center Access
Access to the data center is subject to the data center's policies. Where escort is required, the Customer shall coordinate visits in advance through Mcbroad.
